All squash players in Cheshire will be saddened to hear of the death of Malcolm, James’ Dad, who passed away after an illness on Monday evening. Present and former members of the Cheshire committee will have many vivid memories of visits with their teams to Pontrefact Squash Club, the home training ground of this wonderful coach. We send our condolences to Malcolm’s family.
Please share with us your activities during this covid crisis. How have you managed safety in the club. What have you found that works? What didn’t work? Have you found the advice from England Squash valuable?
Please update your club contact so that we can get in touch with you.

We are sad to announce to the Cheshire Squash Community the passing of Rosie Tutton.
Rosie was a long time servant of Cheshire Squash acting in various capacities, notably as a referee, coach and organiser. For several years Rosie, along with Linda Davie ran the Cheshire Junior Squash League. In recent years she was an active referee for England Squash, the North West Counties Squash League and, of course, Cheshire Squash.
Rosie’s love of the game and her enthusiasm and encouragement, especially to young players, was apparent to all who met her and she will be sorely missed.
Cheshire Squash sends our condolences to Rosie’s family, and in particular to her grandsons Harry and Archie.
Cheshire Squash is sad to hear of the death of Bill Wilson recently.
Bill represented Cheshire in many age group inter county championship matches over the years and will be greatly missed.
We send our thanks for his service to the County and our condolences to his family at this sad time
